JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Service Business Development Center Representative (BDC):  Looking for motivated individuals with a desire to learn and grow within our company.  The Fred Beans Family of Dealerships is looking for candidates to join our growing Business Development Center.  In this position, candidates will make outbound phone and e-mail contacts to customers and prospects to grow and maintain our already high levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Skills Needed:  Previous experience in customer service environment, computer skills (Internet, MS Windows & Office, Customer Relationship Management software), telephone skills (must be able to gain rapport over the telephone), and the ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday to maximize opportunities.

Compensation:  Hourly wage PLUS bonus based on kept service appointments.  We offer full benefits including health & dental insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and employee discounts.



Fleet Sales & Delivery:  Person must be aggressive in a low-key manner, well-organized, detail-oriented, highly perceptive, and possessing a mature attitude.  Communication skills and a high energy level vital.  Automotive experience preferred.  Computer skills a must, as well as a valid driver's license.  Full-time.



File Clerk:  Part time hours, 20-25 hours per week.  Must be good with details.  Will be filing deals, invoices, etc. Entry level.



Accounting Clerk:  Full time, 40 hours per week.  Detail oriented.  Entry level but some accounting aptitude necessary.  Duties include copying, mailing, posting entries, following up with banks on funding and some data entry.



Data Entry:  Full time 40hours per week.  Entry level, some experience with computers helpful.  Duties include entering invoices into computer and some matching of invoices to statements for payment.



Billing Clerk:  Full time 40 hours per week.  Experience preferred.  Duties include reconciling and posting all deals, cutting checks for customer payoffs, cleaning the appropriate accounting schedules, following up on returned checks, notifying the appropriate employees if there are missing documents in the deal and calculating sales commissions.



Title Clerk:  Full time 40 hours per week. Experience preferred.  Duties include all phases of processing in state and out of state title work, calling banks to follow up on paid off titles, mailing registrations to customers and finishing on-line title work.



Asst. Body Shop Mgr.:  Full Time. Minimum of three years experience with excellent customer service skills. Experience using CCC Pathways Estimating Software. Prepare estimates in an accurate and thorough manner to reflect a detailed blueprint of the repairs. Convert prospective clients into customers.

 


Metal Technician: Full Time. Experience preferred. Repair vehicles as quickly as possible in a safe and quality manner with a fit and finish that meets or exceeds the original factory fit and finish. Achieve an invisible repair as outlined in the Metal Shop Procedures.

 


Technicians: Full Time. Experience preferred but will consider trainee with limited automotive experience. Short term mentoring program available. Must have good driving history with valid license. State inspection/emission licenses a plus. Provide automotive maintenance, inspections, repairs, installations efficiently, safely and according to manufacturer's standards.

 


Asst. Service Manager:  Full Time. Experience preferred. Customer oriented with strong organizational skills.  Knowledge of automotive systems and ability to explain systems and repairs to customers of varying levels of technical understanding. Knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies. Ability to properly document customer concerns on repair orders. Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

 


Lot Attendant: Full Time. Entry level position. Must have good driving history with a valid license. Good organizational and communication skills. Maintain display and appearance of vehicles in the showroom and on the lot. Other duties as assigned.

 


Cashier: Part Time. Entry level. Professional appearance with excellent telephone skills. Detail oriented with computer skills. Clerical duties as assigned. Cash handling experience a plus.

 


Detailers: Full and Part Time. Must have good driving history with a valid license. Manual dexterity. Clean and refurbish new and used vehicles. Ability to use hand and power tools and other machinery safely.

 


Warehouse Personnel: Full and Part Time. Entry level - will train. Detail oriented with computer skills. Duties include picking/stocking parts, loading/unloading trucks. First and second shifts available.

 


Drivers: Full and Part Time. Must have good driving history with a valid license. Load and unload parts trucks. Ability to safely lift items up to 55 lbs. Operate company vehicles in safe and appropriate manner at all times.



Courtesy Driver / Greeter:  Transport customers from dealership to home, work, train station, etc.  Assist with receiving customers in the Service Drive.  Expected hours are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 7:30am to 5pm.

 


Car Washer: Full or Part Time: Must have good driving history with a valid license. Ability to efficiently and safely clean and move vehicles. Light cleaning duties with occasional shuttle duties.

 


Sales: Full Time. Prior automotive sales experience not required. Paid sales training program. Five day work week - no Sundays. Must have good driving history with a valid license. Professional appearance and desire to succeed.

 


Parts Counterperson: Full Time. Must have good driving history and a valid license. Good customer service and organizational skills required. Detail oriented with computer skills. Automotive experience a plus.
